Our training style is holistic, we deal with the whole person, aiming to
equip all students with an appropriate level of knowledge, attitude and
practical skills in order to:
1: Avoid confrontation (prime objective) but where it is unavoidable
2: Deal with it as safely and effectively as possible

- Basic, effective, easy to learn, easy to remember, methods of controlling confrontational situations
